4.1 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any eligible cat supply.
4.2 Eligibility Criteria
- Grooming & Medical: Due to hygiene and safety, supplements and grooming liquids must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for return.
- Furniture & Beds: Must be unused, free of cat hair/dander, and in original packaging.
- Hygiene Items: Used litter boxes or grooming brushes are non-returnable for health reasons.
4.3 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4.4 Refund Process
Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
